Our website build and hosting plans are comprehensive, and include everything needed for effective web advertising at a fixed monthly, quarterly or annual price.

Site Build Service

We understand that some clients may find compiling the content for a website difficult, and offer help and guidance with this by telephone as part of our site build service. We also offer on-site consultancy and a copyriting and photography service at extra cost.

Once content has been prepared, we will design an initial site layout and style for approval, and on approval of this, we will produce the website within a maximum of two weeks. After optimisation of the pages for search engines, the site is published on the web.

All onlineWales websites are graphically designed and laid out to a consistently high standard, and extensively checked prior to publication.

Prior to starting work, we will give you a quotation for the agreed specification. Click the 'quote' button [left] for an instant quotation for building and managing a typical website.

Website Management Service

Our Website Management service includes everything needed to keep your website running and up-to-date for a fixed price. Included are hosting on our web servers, promotion to search engines and indexes [see our section about web promotion for further information], minor amendments to text content of the pages, and detailed site usage statistics.

Single Page Websites

If you'd like to test the water, need to get something up and running quickly while you're preparing the content for a larger website, or simply want a small website, our single page ads offer good value for money. These are hosted at a subdomain of Stay in Wales, eg. 'yourbusiness.stayinwales.co.uk', are professionally designed, and promoted to search engines. The price of £100+VAT per year [or £150+VAT including a .co.uk domain name and full statistics per year] includes free display advertising in Stay in Wales.

Additional services

The above packages include all the standard features required to create an effective online advertising tool. You are likely to want to change your website over time. Many of your alterations will be simple text changes, which are included in our website maintenance service. We also offer the following additional services:

• Receiving and forwarding site e-mail
  by phone or fax 75p per message
• Add page to existing website from £30
• Add photograph to existing page £5
• Creation of Gif animations from £10
• Add a live update page, including year
  1 hosting £100 (then £50 per year)
• Configuration of your computer for web and e-mail use
  (at our premises) £25 + carriage
• Configuration of your computer for web and e-mail use
  and two hours basic user training (at your premises) £125

All prices plus VAT.

Working to Schedule

As website production is time consuming, we work to a production schedule. We will agree a production date after your website order is placed, based on a mutually convenient timescale. We undertake to complete the website within two weeks of presentation of complete content [subject to proofing time], and in return ask that clients:

• Inform us at least seven days prior to the agreed
  production date if their content is likely to be late.
• Examine and return proofs within five days of receipt.

Un-notified late copy presentation and additional job progressing are additional services for which we make extra charges.
